What is a DO oil-burning boiler?
DO, Gas, LPG, CNG, Biogas Burning Boiler (also known as DO Oil Boiler) is a type of boiler belonging to the fire tube boiler class. They operate with a capacity of less than 50 tons/hour. This type of furnace is used in areas with strict environmental requirements and standards or narrow installation spaces.
Operating principle of DO oil burner
Diesel is pumped from the tank to the burner. To ensure adequate fuel supply, special pumps have the necessary return paths to circulate the fuel between the pump and the tank. In this case, a burner is used. The essential fuel is returned to the tank. However, before the diesel reaches the sump, it must pass through the filters and heater. In the first stage, the mechanical elements are removed, and in the second stage, the fuel is heated to the optimal temperature.
