GDP Group manufactures and exports fluidized bed boilers to Phu Tho. Fluidized bed boilers are widely used in industrial production thanks to their ability to save costs and reduce emissions. This is considered an effective solution in both economic and environmental aspects.

What is a fluidized bed boiler?

– A fluidized bed boiler is a fluidized bed combustion technology that can fully utilize steam and heat for the production process, used as an emission reduction system, operating under high pressure conditions, burning a variety of fuels, including coal, waste and biomass.
– This type of boiler is called a fluidized bed because the layers of solids and fuel will reach a suspended state in the combustion chamber, with properties similar to the boiling of liquids.
– According to research, the ratio of CO2, NOx, SO2, … from fluidized bed boilers is significantly lower than that of conventional boilers that can only burn fossil fuels.

To export fluidized bed boilers, it is necessary to follow a strict process, from preparation, dismantling, packaging, transportation, to installation and testing at the new location.
1. Preparation stage
Inspection and assessment: Determine the size, weight, condition of the boiler and auxiliary equipment to plan the transportation.
Transportation planning: Make a detailed plan on the means of transport, route, time, human resources and necessary support equipment.
Documents and legality: Prepare all necessary documents for transportation and installation, including documents related to safety and environmental standards.

2. Dismantling and packaging phase
Shutdown: Turn off the entire system, drain all steam and water to ensure absolute safety.
Dismantling: Disassemble the boiler components (chimney, fuel supply system, dust filter system…) for easy transportation and re-installation.
Packaging: Use specialized materials to pack the components, ensuring no damage during transportation. Clearly label each component for ease of installation.

3. Transportation phase
Selecting means: Use specialized vehicles such as lowbed trailers and flatbed trailers to transport oversized and overloaded components.
Securing goods: Securely tie the boiler components on the vehicle to avoid collision and displacement during transportation.
Controlling the route: Closely monitor the transportation route, especially when moving oversized packages.

4. Installation and testing phase
Installation: After being transported to the site, the boiler components will be re-installed according to the technical drawings.
Inspection and connection: Re-check the entire system, connect the pipes, auxiliary equipment (water supply system, fuel supply system, …).
Test operation: Start the boiler to check the operating parameters, ensure the boiler operates stably and safely.
Handover: After successful inspection and testing, the boiler will be handed over to the customer with detailed operating instructions.

Important notes
Labor safety: Always put safety first, especially in the dismantling and installation of heavy equipment.
Professional team: The dismantling, transportation and installation of the boiler must be carried out by an experienced team that understands the structure and operating principles of the fluidized bed boiler.
Comply with regulations: It is necessary to comply with the regulations on the transportation of oversized and overweight goods and safety standards during the installation process.
